The chalet is located in the heart of the village of Les Houches, at a walking distance from the shops; it is surrounded by greenery and has a magnificent view on the Mont Blanc valey. The Bellevue cable is at 7 minutes walk and the Prarion cable car can be reached by bus. The resort of Les Houches has 1 black run, 12 red runs, 5 blue runs and 4 green runs and numerous opportunities for skiing. In addition, the valley of Chamonix Mont-Blanc is served by shuttle buses that go to Chamonix (7 km), the Grands Montets, Argentiere and the Tour, which gives access to a multitude of slopes, walks and landscapes. There is a bus stop almost in front of the chalet.
In the summer you can find walking pads adapted to all levels: from the beautiful paths along the gently sloping Arve up to the ascent of Mont Blanc, or beautiful walks along the glaciers.
